1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.
Processing may take slightly longer during weekends, holidays, or high-demand periods.

2. Shipping Time

We aim to deliver products within:

2–5 business days within Kerala
3–7 business days for other states in India

Delivery time may vary depending on:

Location
Courier service availability
Weather conditions
Operational delays

3. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order.
Tracking details will be shared once the product is dispatched.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
For certain promotional periods, free shipping may be offered.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

Tracking ID
Courier name
Link to track your shipment

You can check the status anytime through the tracking link.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make two delivery attempts.
If the customer is unavailable:

The order may be returned to us
Re-delivery charges may apply for a second shipment

7. Incorrect Address / Non-Delivery

If the order fails to deliver due to:

Wrong address
Incomplete address
Unreachable phone number
Customer not responding

The product will be returned to us, and:

Refund may be issued after deducting shipping and handling charges, or
Re-delivery can be arranged with additional charges

8. Damaged or Tampered Packaging

If you receive a package that appears:

Damaged
Opened
Tampered

Please do not accept it.

9. Delivery Area

We deliver across India.
For remote or non-serviceable pin codes, delivery time may be longer.
If delivery is not possible, we will notify you and issue a refund.
